Stage 1
The first working system: one market, one broker target, the full loop running end to end under deterministic control.
Stage 2
The memory of the system: history, experiments, and a registry that makes research reproducible and comparable.
Stage 3
AI moves from assistant to research operator — still behind deterministic gates, never around them.
Stage 4
The architecture leaves the market: the same question → evidence → validation → controlled-execution loop applied to broader decisions.
